Perfect location, nice walk on Vaci Street, wonderful restaurants and shopping nearby, amazing view of Buda Castle, helpful staff, large and clean room.

 I had an amazing stay at this centrally located hotel with breathtaking views of the Danube. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options and the room was clean with comfortable bedding. Although the check-in process was slow, the polite staff made up for it with their helpfulness throughout my stay. I highly recommend Intercontinental.

Located in the heart of the city, we easily walked to the local restaurants and shops by the river opposite the Royal Palace. The spacious rooms were comfortable with excellent bathroom amenities. Breakfast was delicious with quality and variety of options. The outstanding view of the river from the rooms was breathtaking.

The reception staff needs to improve their service.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental in Budapest for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, and our bags were promptly taken to our room. The view from our room of the river and Chain Bridge was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. One evening, we enjoyed drinks on the streetside lounge, where we got to savour the view and do some people watching. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The hotel was very clean and the staff, including housekeeping, restaurant, and room service, were all great.

My recent stay at Intercontinental was amazing. The room on the 8th floor offered breathtaking views of the city and the big bathtub was a luxury. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The wellness service was top-notch and the breakfast was delicious.

Our recent stay at the Intercontinental Budapest was perfect! We were in Budapest for a few days and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, with tram lines, the Danube River, and the castle just steps away. The view from our room was stunning, especially at night when the castle was lit up. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a convenient additional couch for relaxation. The breakfast was varied and of high quality, and the restaurant meal was delicious, with quality ingredients and great presentation. The staff were professional and kind, and the hotel had excellent security measures in place.

Great views and location, perfect for a romantic escape. We had an amazing room with a stunning view of the river. the hotel is also conveniently located near key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service.

The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom was small. It would be nice if they were updated to match the modern feel of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and all the tourist attractions. We were also close to the main metro station, which made getting around very convenient. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. They were always willing to assist and provide recommendations. - the rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring. the breakfast served at the hotel was satisfying and offered a good variety of options.

One thing we didn't like was that the beds in our room were two single beds joined together instead of a double bed. This caused some inconvenience as the beds kept coming apart during the night.

stayed here before and intercontinental seriously impressed me this time. perfect location by the river, amazing views, and helpful staff. the terrace overlooking the danube was a highlight, with great coffee and delicious cakes. would definitely stay here again.

Pricey breakfast, skipped it.

The value for our money was outstanding, especially considering the breathtaking river view from our room and the sight of the majestic Buda Castle. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a lovely terrace where we enjoyed coffee and people-watching. The staff at Intercontinental were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness throughout our stay.

The only minor improvement that could be made to the breakfast items would be to expand the variety a bit more.

Nothing to dislike.

Great location next to the river with a stunning view, especially at night. The hotel has a very nice bar with live music in the evenings and an interesting choice of cocktails.

Felt warm, no complaints at all.

As young people, we loved the stunning view of the Danube and Buda from our deluxe room on the 9th floor. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a Nespresso machine and clothes iron. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to sightseeing spots, the "hop on hop off" bus, and the Marketplace. The complimentary water in the room was a nice touch, and the underground parking was convenient. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food, and the bar and lounge area were inviting and relaxing.

We felt super comfortable during our stay and the staff were always helpful and obliging.
