Location was great, within walking distance to everything in the area. the staff at the front desk were excellent and very friendly. It was a good deal for the price.

No coffee maker or microwave in the room. Coffee wasn't available until 8:30 a.m. and the refrigerator was locked after breakfast, so you couldn't access cheese for afternoon wine unless you saved it from breakfast.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was close to everything in Old Town. We could easily explore the city's great nightlife and attractions without having to travel far. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a nice selection of options, including croissants, fresh fruit, and cheese, which exceeded our expectations. Lastly, the staff was friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic about this city, providing us with great restaurant recommendations.

This place is in a prime location, close to everything. The manager, Ed, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast offered fresh pastries and excellent coffee. The bed and towels were luxurious, and the extra space in the king deluxe room was worth the extra cost. There is also a spacious shared balcony area upstairs.

The location of L'Habitation Guesthouse- Adult Exclusive was excellent, just a short walk from Duval Street but away from the street noise. Our room had its own separate access and a small outdoor area, making it quiet and private. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful, and happy hour on the front deck was a pleasant way to relax. The breakfast, while not overly fancy, was sufficient and convenient. I would highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

My husband and I stayed at this charming guesthouse for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just off Duval Street and within walking distance to everything. Despite being close to the hustle and bustle, the noise level was surprisingly low, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep on the comfortable bedding. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with eclectic furniture that added to the homey atmosphere. One of my favorite memories was sitting on the front porch in the mornings, sipping coffee and enjoying the sights and sounds of Key West, including the iconic crowing of roosters. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to explore the island on our bikes, with easy access to nearby paths. a wonderful stay and we can't wait to return!

our second stay in key west was even better than the first! the hotel had amazing interiors and the staff really took care of us. from the happy hours to the delicious breakfast and always available coffee, we felt pampered and comfortable throughout our quiet weekend getaway.

Although our stay was great, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The bed covers were a bit too heavy for our liking, but we managed by using just the bed sheet.
