The concierge service was exceptional, they were always available and went above and beyond to assist with any requests. The room amenities were top-notch, with bluetooth capabilities, smart TVs, and luxurious showers. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and entertainment venues.

The hotel itself seemed a bit outdated and tired, lacking in the overall ambiance and luxury that was expected. The casino area had poor ventilation, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant to spend time in.

The hotel facilities were also amazing, with a soundproof room and a steam room for relaxation. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the multiple surfaces provided a perfect setup for working or reading. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and parking. I can't wait to visit again!

During our recent stay at Skylofts, we were blown away by the level of VIP service we received. The exclusive butler and concierge service was impeccable. From sourcing a special liquor and delivering it to our suite, to arranging 24/7 room service with delicious meals, they truly went above and beyond. Tickets to any event and limo transportation to any destination were also easily organized. The staff at Skylofts always greeted us warmly and made us feel like valued guests. The overall experience was extraordinary and we highly recommend it. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was luxurious, with the exclusive amenities fulfilling our every need. The staff provided exceptional service, and the casino and spa & wellness centre made for a fun and relaxing experience. The outdoor swimming pool and steam room were also highlights that we enjoyed.

Sadly, the WiFi was slow and inconsistent, which was the only minor issue we encountered during our stay. Despite this, the hotel provided helpful entertainment and dining options, including in-room breakfast and a poolside snack bar.

The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to move around and relax. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. One of the best aspects of our stay was the exceptional customer service we received from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any requests or questions we had.

It felt like they hadn't been updated in years and could definitely use some modernization. Another issue we had was with the noise level in the hotel.
