First impressions matter! Exceptional service from the front office staff, especially Daniel, who provided invaluable assistance navigating the city. The room was clean and well-appointed, with a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast was a delightful surprise on the second day, offering a range of options. A convenient location near public transport makes it easy to explore!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very

helpful, especially when we arrived early and they took care of our bags. The hotel is conveniently located near metro and bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. However, I’d recommend getting a public transport pass to avoid issues with ticketing, which we experienced.

I was absolutely appalled when I booked a double bed but got two single beds instead, how charming. The shower was a disappointing haven for mold, accompanied by a lack of toiletries. It would have been nice if they acknowledged my exquisite taste with an upgrade or, at the very least, a complimentary gesture to mitigate these disasters.

The staff is incredibly helpful! Daniel went above and beyond by assisting with directions and extending our checkout time, making our experience easy and enjoyable!

the metro station is super close and so convenient to get around. breakfast was super limited and not fresh.

I enjoyed my stay with a perfect breakfast spread that had plenty of options to kickstart my day. A nice supermarket just outside made grabbing snacks a breeze. The hotel also has a cute garden area where you can unwind and soak in some fresh air. Only downside was that the room lacked a kettle, but asking at reception sorted it out. 😊
