The apartment was fantastic. Perfect location. Incredibly clean and absolutely amazing shower. The laundry was an added bonus. The instructions for getting into the apartment were extremely clear and easy to follow. Cafe Berlin and the discount is an added bonus! We would absolutely stay again. Only downside is it's stairs to the 4th floor but well worth the climb. The apartment is very spacious; every room is spacious. The beds are very comfortable. It is tastefully furnished. I like the big windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine and dryer. The helpfulness of the staff, particularly the Polish girl who was in charge of housekeeping. We found our apartment was on the 4th floor and no lift. One of our party has a problem with stairs and after some telephone discussion we were moved to another more suitable apartment. The Polish girl went beyond her duty as did the office staff in accommodating us. Full marks to all as the alternative would have been to find other accommodation. Awesome location, right above Cafe Berlin and a microbrewery. Fantastic large apartment, two separate rooms for two couples, kitchen, dining room, and living room. It was the only place that we stayed in Iceland that gave us a queen bed instead of two singles. Also, the only place that had in-suite laundry, so we could do a much-needed wash of our clothes.

Felt privileged, no complaints whatsoever.

the apartment was incredibly spacious and located right in the heart of town. the modern and well-maintained interior made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the two large bedrooms with king-sized beds were a pleasant surprise, and the in-suite laundry was a convenient feature. the apartment's location above Cafe Berlin and a micro brewery added to the overall experience. It truly was an excellent stay.

Our second stay at Acco in a different apartment was just as enjoyable as before. The location is excellent, and the apartment was clean, modern, and spacious. The large bathroom with a washer and dryer was a great convenience, and the main bedroom was huge. We loved the terrace that ran alongside the apartment, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Strikid, just a block away, provided an amazing dining experience. The cafe downstairs was perfect for breakfast, and they even offered a discount for apartment guests.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
