Arriving at Aurora Lodge due to bad weather felt like fate. The stunning atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. From the cozy rooms to the delicious hot breakfast, everything was perfect. The manager even went out of her way to call us when the Northern Lights appeared. The hotel had beautiful views, grounding vibes, and delightful bathroom products. The hot tubs and inviting bar lounge were a bonus. Our honeymoon was absolutely amazing thanks to Aurora Lodge.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was amazing! Loved the stunning location with breathtaking views of the volcanoes. Perfect spot for keeping an eye out for the Northern Lights. the room was comfortable and the communal lounging space was beautifully decorated. the staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Fresh fruit for breakfast was a nice touch.

The only downside was that the rooms didn't have windows with the amazing views. It would have been even better to wake up to those views right from our room.

I loved the stunning views from the hotel, overlooking the marshland, river, and mountains. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and everything I needed was provided. The location was perfect for exploring the south coast, with easy access to the nearby river and the ring road. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, with a wide selection of delicious food. The staff at the hotel were kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

We had a fantastic time at Aurora Lodge! The picturesque views of the surrounding landscape were absolutely breathtaking. The comfortable beds and cozy rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tubs, enjoying the stunning scenery. Despite the minor inconvenience of one hot tub being out of service, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated the hotel providing ear plugs for light sleepers like myself. The only downside was the unpaved road leading to the hotel, but our car handled it well. I highly recommend Aurora Lodge for a memorable stay in a beautiful location.
