We travelled the USA for a month, and Springhill Suites in Richardson was the best hotel by far! It exceeded our expectations with its modern, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. The fresh fruit selection was a standout. The room utilized space well, and we loved the cozy, inviting decor. As coffee lovers, we were delighted with the coffee options provided. we loved our stay!

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options including waffles, eggs, bacon, and sausage. the hot tub, though small, was perfect for a relaxing soak and the temperature was just right. the location of the hotel, next to the tollway and hospital, was very convenient. Plus, having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was a great advantage.

The bathroom doors did not latch, which was a bit inconvenient and lacked privacy. It would have been nice to have a white noise machine or a fan for some background noise.

During my stay in the north Dallas area, I had a great experience at this hotel. The location was convenient, being just a short taxi ride from the airport and located in the Dallas suburbs. The room was modern with nice amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean and had separate areas for the shower and sink. The service was exceptional, with friendly desk clerks. The breakfast was impressive with a good selection of fresh food.

There was some noise disturbance from other hotel guests during my stay.

I recently stayed at a beautiful, modern property in Richardson and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate a special request I had. The hotel itself was stunning, with a new and clean design that gave off a modern vibe. I especially loved the separate shower in the room and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The layout of the room was perfect and the breakfast selection was excellent. I want to give a special thanks to the staff member who extended my reservation for my family. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious and clean with a sitting area, fold-out couch, and two queen beds. The bathroom layout is convenient for multiple travelers. The beds and couch are comfortable. The breakfast, included in the room rate, is decent and features a Texas-shaped waffle maker. The hotel also has a bar and a toiletries shop.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints.
