The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the "swap shop" idea and free washer/dryer. Our kids had a blast at the nearby sledging area. we had a great stay at a good value and would recommend staying here.

The apartment had a great view of the mountains and was equipped with all the necessary furniture for a comfortable stay. The coded entry made it easy to access the room, and the location right next to a bus stop made it convenient to travel to downtown Reykjavik.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for me. It is not in the center of Reykjavik, but it is conveniently located right next to a bus stop that takes you downtown within minutes. The view from the rooms, especially towards the mountains, was absolutely breathtaking. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, and I especially loved the comfortable double bed. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was absolutely delicious, and the prices for all the services were very reasonable.

As foreign tourists, we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen in the apartments, allowing us to save on dining out expenses. The staff were helpful and responsive to our questions. The location was ideal for day trips outside of the city and also provided easy access to hunt for the aurora at night. The apartments were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The view of the lake and mountain was stunning. The apartment had good equipment including an oven and microwave. Netflix was available for entertainment. Self check-in and check-out was convenient. The use of code for door opening was practical. The nearby restaurant, pure.deli, was perfect, and there was also a bakery and supermarket nearby.

Great views from the top floor and a helpful PC in the foyer for Internet browsing and weather updates. The location was convenient for our city break, with easy access to the city center within 20 minutes. The nearby cafe/takeaway/restaurant served delicious food, including fish and chips and creamy ice cream.

The bathroom was a bit problematic, with no towel rack, place to put toiletries, or space for shampoo in the shower. Showering meant the bathroom floor would get completely wet, and we had to purchase towel hooks and a caddy for the shower.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. the queen, sized bed and pull, out sofa bed were comfortable for a good night's sleep. the kitchen was well, maintained and the appliances worked properly. the free laundry service was convenient.

The customer care could be improved. I had requested a high, floor room with a view in advance but was given a room on a lower floor with a view of the roof.

Convenient location near shops and public transportation, with a gym on-site. Rooms are spacious, well-lit, and include useful amenities such as a washing machine and TV with streaming services. Bed is comfortable and clean. A great value for the price, would recommend to others.

I recently stayed at an outstanding apartment hotel located close to a Bonus supermarket and a Strato line 2 bus stop that easily gets you to downtown. The service provided was simply amazing, they attended to all my needs and had a well-stocked kitchenette with pots, pans, soap, coffee and tea. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a nice view of the mountains. The on-site amenities included a well-stocked pantry and laundry for guests. All in all, an incredible stay that I would highly recommend!

Comment: One small issue was that the shower didn't seem to have a door or curtain, which made it a bit difficult to avoid getting water everywhere.

I recently stayed at Blue Mountain Apartments for 5 nights while exploring Iceland. The location was perfect, with a supermarket right across the street, making it convenient for groceries. The staff were incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any queries I had. The rooms were lovely, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The view from the apartment was absolutely amazing, and I even got a free upgrade due to a minor issue. They also reduced the price of my stay because the heating system wasn't working properly. a great experience!

The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 4. It had a well-equipped kitchenette and kitchen table, and there was a grocery store nearby. Easy access to main roads and a deli right next to the property, serving delicious sandwiches, pizza, and soup!
