I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful place with a fair price. The room and grounds were gorgeous, and the location was perfect for my flight out of Liberia airport. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Despite a small issue with the swimming pool, I still had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right next to the bus station and in the city center. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. Although there was no breakfast provided, the father and son team went out of their way to assist with our questions and even called taxis for us. The pool was a nice addition to relax in after a long day of exploring.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a well-kept garden. The rooms with beautiful views of the countryside and efficient air conditioning make for a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. And with breakfast included, it's definitely value for money.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

We had a great stay at Hotel La Arena in Liberia! We were there for two nights and found the beds clean and decent, with a spacious shower. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and everything worked well. We also loved the beautiful garden and swimming pool. In the morning, we enjoyed the complimentary coffee. One of the owners' sons, who speaks excellent English, even helped us book our bus tickets to Nicaragua. a clean, comfortable, and friendly hotel!

For the New Year celebration, we found a cheap accommodation with great amenities. the pool area was definitely the best aspect, perfect for tanning and soaking up the sun. the free breakfast was also good and saved us money. the staff were friendly and willing to offer local recommendations and tips.

The location was the worst aspect. the hotel was far away from the city center, and we had to take a taxi for most things.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, Bruno the dog was charming, the room was large and clean, the property had everything we needed, the pool was nice.

They went out of their way to assist me with any questions or concerns I had, making me feel welcomed and supported. the outdoor pool was a great feature of the hotel. It was clean and inviting, providing a refreshing way to relax after a long day.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were less than satisfactory. the furnishings in the room were outdated and in need of an upgrade.

Our last stay in Costa Rica was made even more memorable thanks to Hotel La Arena. Raphael and his son Dwight were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The pool area in the beautiful garden was a perfect place to relax. The room was impeccably clean and the beds were comfortable. Dwight even went above and beyond, driving us to the airport and returning my lost suitcase. I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at Hotel La Arena was wonderful. The spacious room and comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay. The facilities, including the nice pool and big shower, were great amenities to have. The owner, Dwight, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even turning on the massage jets in the pool for us. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained, with a pleasant poolside atmosphere. Having an outdoor kitchen and tables for families to eat was a nice touch. The location, although a bit outside the center, was not a problem for us as we could easily take a cab for a reasonable price.

One minor drawback was that there was no food or beverages available at the hotel, which would have been good to know before making the reservation. Additionally, for travelers without a car, this hotel may not be the most convenient option.
