I loved the heated bathroom floors that provided cozy warmth on chilly mornings. The breakfast buffet was a delightful spread with so many fresh, local options—it was the highlight of my day! Plus, the hotel's location right next to bus stop 12 made it super easy to hop on tours and explore Reykjavik!

It was just a decent option for a couple of nights in Reykjavik with definitely value for money. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough and even surprised us with a delightful bouquet made of chocolates. Try to explore the main town. it's only a 10-minute walk away.

I faced significant issues during my stay, which was quite disappointing. The parking situation was confusing. after being advised to park in an underground garage, I learned it wasn't affiliated with the hotel and incurred hourly charges. Additionally, the room I was assigned had a cramped layout that made it difficult to use the amenities comfortably, which detracted from my overall experience.

i had a fantastic experience celebrating a wedding at fosshotel, surpassing my previous stays in reykjavik. the spacious rooms and a breakfast buffet featuring salmon, pancakes, and gluten-free options were highlights. the location near the major shopping streets made exploring the city a breeze, and the staff went out of their way to help us.

the coffee selection in the room was limited.

We had a lovely time at this stylish hotel. The beer garden was a nice touch, with a fantastic selection of draft beers! It’s conveniently located near bus stop #12, making airport transport and excursions a breeze. Just be mindful of street parking, which is easily accessible.

The staff really helped turn our day around after flight delays providing a free baby cot and everything we needed. The breakfast had a great variety. Room service was super tasty, especially the fish and chips! Amazing view from our room too.

The room was small but comfortable enough, with good space for our luggage. The heated bathroom floor was a game changer, especially in the chilly weather. I enjoyed the medium-sized bathroom with both a bath and shower option. The soundproofing was solid, so it was nice and quiet during the night. But sometimes the room felt a bit hot, and the thermostat controls were a bit tricky. It would have been nice to have a double duvet instead of two singles. Overall, decent for relaxing after a long day.

the thermostat situation was a bit confusing had to adjust valves instead of just setting a number. the breakfast buffet had tons of options with an early meal option too. enjoyed the clean rooms and friendly staff who helped with our tours. that bar downstairs had a chill vibe with lots of beers on tap.

Perfect for anyone needing a cozy place

I was blown away when I saw the northern lights right from my room. The staff was friendly , and the food in the beer garden was solid, trust me, those drinks during happy hour were a nice touch.

It wasn’t cheap , but I guess you pay for the experience.
