The level of service was top-notch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. The resort itself was breathtaking, with its beautiful surroundings and luxurious amenities. One of the highlights was the complimentary drink and foot massage, which added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. The only suggestion I have is that it would be even more convenient if the manager could speak another language, as it would have made communication easier for guests like me with limited English skills. I can't wait to visit Discovery Shores again.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and nice. The beach is beautiful and the water is clear. The spa experience is fantastic. The foot bath at the beginning of the stay is so relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay during our Easter vacation. the staff was friendly and attentive, always with a smile on their faces. the location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything we needed. the beach was beautiful and not crowded, providing a peaceful environment to relax.

There were a couple of issues that affected our experience. the beds in the room were very hard, making it difficult to have a comfortable sleep.

The room was spacious and clean, with two bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was excellent and efficient. The drinks at the bar were refreshing and enjoyable. The location by the beach was perfect. The variety of food at the restaurants was great. The customer service by the Filipino team was superb. The hotel facilities were well-maintained.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in a quieter and more picturesque part of the beach. It offers easy access to restaurants and other attractions along the beach. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, always attentive and prompt in meeting our requests. The breakfast buffet offers a decent spread of delicious options. Furthermore, the hotel provides various facilities such as a pool and gym for guests to enjoy.

The WiFi signal in the hotel can be weak at times.

The view from the room was great, it was nice to wake up and see the ocean. the pool was refreshing and clean. Plus, the staff was attentive on our arrival.

The check-in was very slow and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. the food at the hotel restaurant was inadequate and we found much better places nearby.

The resort is located right by the beach, making it perfect for those wanting to be close to the water. The staff members are friendly and helpful, and the resort offers a complimentary shuttle service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and there are multiple dining options available. The resort also provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as around the island.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the white beach at Station 1. It was great being able to walk to almost anywhere between Station 1 to 3, even to the shores if I wanted to explore the island. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
