Value for money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Aka Brickell. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which made it a great value for the money. Despite the construction, my room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat during my visit.

This place is located in a business district with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and well equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. There's also a restaurant and a bar/lounge area, and a sauna, swimming pool and spa centre on site.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, whether for leisure or business purposes.

Opulent, upgraded corner suite, comfortable bed, large rooms with amazing views, polite and efficient staff, outside balcony seating area, great amenities , pool bar with great food and drinks, proximity to restaurants.

The concierge was fantastic in finding us great transportation to the port. Dinner reservations were made for us at a nearby Italian restaurant. Above-average food, excellent wait staff, and good value. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a great spot for business travelers in the heart of the downtown area. Guests can enjoy a Bay and City view from some of the rooms, making for a breathtaking sight. The staff are very helpful and will point you in the direction of local stores. Room, bathroom, and service quality are top-notch and guests can enjoy facilities such as a concierge service.

The restaurant might not be the best part of the hotel experience.

The amenities and pool were beyond expectations, staff was 20/10, location was amazing, beautiful room and facility, great service from pool bartender, front desk, restaurant bartender, and waiters.

The staff at this hotel/apartments were amazing - they went above and beyond to be kind, helpful, and nice. The customer service was some of the best out there. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location in the financial district was convenient. Additionally, the hotel/apartments provided free transportation by a little metro, which was a great perk.

There were a few things that could use improvement. The breakfast service was a disaster, with slow service and untrained staff. There was also a lack of attention to detail in the pool area, with towels thrown all over and a delay in receiving towels. Finally, there were issues with room reservations and prepaid amenities, leading to a feeling of being disrespected and a ruined New Year's celebration.

Our recent stay at Aka Brickell was a delightful experience. The hotel had a convoluted way to get up from ground level, but once we reached our room, it was worth it. We enjoyed a celebratory meal in the restaurant, which was a bit expensive, but the food was delicious. We even had a side view of fireworks nearby, adding a special touch to our stay. despite a few minor flaws, Aka Brickell provided a luxurious and memorable stay in Miami.

The hotel staff was exceptional, from the valet to the restaurant staff. Great location near bars and restaurants. Spectacular water view from the room. Delicious food at Atrio restaurant. Fresh and tasty breakfast buffet with great city views.
