Lovely hotel in a quiet location central to everything. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff were helpful and friendly, offering great service. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of local and continental food. The hotel also had a gym and a small but nice pool. The only downside was the noise from the nearby nightclub, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

I recently stayed at Cherish Hotel for a week during my visit to Hue. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a nice granite counter top and great water pressure. The best part was the view from the restaurant where breakfast was served, with a diverse buffet catering to both Vietnamese and Western guests. The cook-to-order omelet was delicious.

Free beer, free breakfast. They offered free beer and breakfast, which was great. Plus, the hotel was located in a convenient spot right near all of the places I wanted to visit. I also really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi since I had some work to do.

The loud music coming from the nearby club kept me up all night, and the sheets in the room were dirty. It was pretty gross.

The elevators can be crowded during check-out times, resulting in long waiting periods for guests on middle floors.

Located just across the river from the main market and the citadel, Cherish Hue Hotel offers a convenient location with lots of nice restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is clean and the shower has great water pressure. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the housekeeping service is prompt. The breakfast buffet on the 11th floor offers a variety of Asian and Western dishes, and the view from there is breathtaking.

The spa facilities could use some improvement.

Staying here was a wonderful experience, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. The staff here are absolutely amazing, they work expertly as a team to provide top-notch hospitality and even managed to arrange a car and driver for me! The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and in a pretty quiet area despite being right in the center of town. The room amenities are fantastic and include an in-room safe, electric kettle, and mini-bar. I especially loved the soundproofed rooms, which made it feel like I was the only one in the entire place!

The pool facilities were a bit disappointing, with minimal space for recreation and a small pool. the laundry service was quite expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in Vietnam.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room on the 6th floor was quiet and the bed was great and cosy. WIFI worked very well and they even provided a laptop. The spa massages were great and not expensive. The breakfast had a variety of options - continental, Vietnamese, American, French. We enjoyed it a lot.
