For our recent trip to the area, we decided to change our plans and booked a stay at Hotel South Coast in Selfoss. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its fantastic location, complimentary breakfast, happy hour at the bar, and well-equipped fitness center. We also enjoyed the spa area, which was a peaceful and private experience. The staff, especially Romila, provided exceptional service and hospitality. Our room had a beautiful mountain view and was incredibly quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Hotel South Coast provided a modern, comfortable stay with a great downtown location and nearby dining options.

We stayed at a hotel that is conveniently located close to restaurants and supermarkets, making it easy to grab a quick bite. The room was cosy, clean, and had modern furniture. The shower had great water pressure, and we felt comfortable and safe during our stay. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that had plenty of options to choose from.

We experienced a lack of warmth from some of the staff members who didn't seem very welcoming or helpful with our inquiries about the area.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the village Centre. It's close to supermarkets, so it's convenient for picking up any necessities you may need. there are some great restaurants nearby, such as Krisp, where you can enjoy delicious meals. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast is amazing, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that your needs are met.

The parking can be slightly difficult, especially later at night.

As young people, we loved the modern and spacious rooms, complete with a comfortable bed and an ultramodern spacious bathroom. The hotel's convenient location in the center of Selfoss and the large parking space with charging stations for electric cars were a big plus. The breakfast options were great and the overall facilities were impressive. We highly recommend staying here!

Felt like a home away from home, couldn't find any reason to complain.

We stayed at this place and we were impressed by the cleanliness. The deluxe room was spacious with comfortable beds and nice sheets. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker in the room, although it only had one pod for two people. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to the Golden Circle. We also appreciated the service provided by Romila, who suggested a more suitable room for our family and displayed great hospitality.

I was impressed by the design of the new hotel. The wellness center was not included in the room, but it was absolutely worth the price. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food. Sadly, I wasn't able to use the gym because of the additional fee. I'll recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. I loved that there was a separate sitting area so I could relax and enjoy my tea in peace. The staff were very helpful, providing tours and ticket assistance. The location was perfect, I found an amazing restaurant named Krisp just a short walk away. I also enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness centre. this place exceeded my expectations in every way.

The Christmas decorations were pretty and there were complimentary hot beverages in the lobby. the hotel was situated near a shopping center with easy access to stores and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable and not conducive to a good night's sleep. the heating was difficult to control and the room was either too hot or too cold.

The location was perfect, with plenty of lovely places to eat nearby, and it was a great starting point for our Golden Circle adventure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable tips for spotting the Northern Lights. our best stay in Iceland!

Being just off the new center, I had easy access to all the great restaurants and attractions nearby. In fact, there was this amazing restaurant called Krisp just a short walk away. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. They even accommodated my early check-in request, which was greatly appreciated. The room itself was modern and stylish, with a comfy bed and nice lighting. The hotel also offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
