The cleaning team members were friendly and even greeted us as we left for the day, which was a pleasant surprise. The friendly attitude of the registration desk lady and the morning staff added a personal touch to my stay. Además, el hotel cuenta con personal amable y atento, especialmente Patxi y su hermano, quienes nos dieron recomendaciones sobre rutas en la zona y otros pueblos para visitar en el valle. La habitación también era muy cómoda, bonita y tenía todo lo necesario, como jabones, secador y toallas. Además, nos encantaron las vistas desde la habitación.
