The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to help, and the breakfast spread was impressive with plenty of options. Also, the proximity to Systrafoss made for a delightful walk after breakfast.

While the stay was great overall, the dinner was a bit pricier than we anticipated, and we missed out on the geothermal pool, which closes early. It would have been nice to enjoy a soak after a long day exploring.

I was frustrated to find that charging for an extra bed seemed excessive given the room rates. The breakfast menu lacked variety, and when I arrived at 8 am, I was disappointed to see that several key items were already gone, like eggs and bacon. The noise levels from other guests in the halls were disruptive, making it impossible to relax at times.

We had a frustrating experience with the dinner charges. Someone mistakenly billed their dinner to our room, and despite the staff resolving it, it raised concerns about how securely they handle billing information. Additionally, the breakfast room had strict policies that made it feel unwelcoming when we saw a guest reprimanded for wanting to take food to go.

The staff were super friendly and helped us out big time with tips on local hikes. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious. even had a packed lunch option that hit the spot for our day out. The nearby waterfall hike was amazing!

Just wish the dinner prices were a bit more reasonable. Also, a kettle for in-room tea would’ve been nice instead of just the coffee machine.

This place suits me perfectly. It offers great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a bar/lounge area. The staff helped with my heavy baggage during my first stay, which was memorable. Highly recommend trying the breakfast buffet. I'm coming back for a business trip.

Connecting rooms were a huge plus for our family. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh options and hot grilled fish that we really enjoyed. Staff went above and beyond. when my son needed help with his torn snow pants, the front desk provided tape without hesitation. However, the room itself felt a bit cramped for the price, and I was disappointed there's no hot springs on the property. Overall, a helpful and accommodating team made our stay memorable.

The suite we stayed in was super comfy, with a cozy sitting area and an amazing soaking tub that made our trip even better! We loved kicking back in the leisure room and enjoying live music in the evenings. The only hiccup was that the breakfast items could’ve been a bit warmer, but overall, it was a gorgeous stay! 😊
