The rooms were fresh, clean, and comfortable, with great views of the sea. the food from the self-service was outstanding, with a great variety to choose from. the hotel had a fantastic show called "Oh Dinner", which was entertaining and different.

There was often a shortage of staff, resulting in long queues at reception and in the restaurants. Clearing tables in the restaurants was also a problem, as they would often be left messy.

A Perfect first family holiday

I have just come home from the most amazing holiday at a resort in Lanzarote. Myself, my husband, and our 3-month-old daughter had a fantastic time. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff were extremely accommodating. The facilities were great, especially the outside heated pool where we spent many enjoyable hours with our daughter. The food in the restaurants was delicious and we had a variety of dining experiences to choose from. The location of the hotel was stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea. We even had the opportunity to indulge in the spa treatments and water circuit. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect family holiday.

our recent stay in playa blanca was amazing, but h10 rubicon palace made it even better. the clean rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food exceeded our expectations. we especially loved the sea views from our room and the live music every night at the lovely piano bar.

The upgraded room was spacious and clean, with great air conditioning. The variety of food at breakfast and lunch was impressive. The multiple pools provided plenty of options for relaxation. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The resort's location near the beach and promenade was convenient for walks.

The hotel offers a Privilege package with outstanding food in the exclusive restaurants, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff is excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. The addition of the Bistro gives a separate and cozy atmosphere to the hotel.

The temperature of the pools was far too cold, with only one heated pool that was always crowded. The food in the pool bar was often lukewarm and the staff there seemed miserable and surly.

the room I had was lovely, with a huge balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. the breakfast in the morning was incredible, with a wide variety of options, including many vegetarian choices. the staff were all friendly and professional, especially at the bistro bar. the hotel was beautifully clean and I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely nothing 😊

The food was exceptional with lots of choice and freshness. The room had plenty of space and a nice sea view. The availability of sun loungers was great, even in the afternoon. The location was quiet and the addition of complimentary goods was a nice touch.

Not obvious to find.

This venue is a luxury hotel that exceeded our expectations. All of our needs were met with exclusive amenities including a Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool. the exceptional service from the staff and the variety of beauty treatments and massages were outstanding. the hotel's entertainment and private facilities were a great addition to our stay. We especially loved the location advantages with beach access and a sun terrace.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the seafront with stunning views. Guests have praised the Michelin restaurants and the piano bar, where they enjoyed delicious drinks while enjoying the entertainment. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with daily cleaning service. The breakfast options are varied and tasty, with the option to sit outside and enjoy the view.

One negative aspect mentioned by some guests is the repetitive nature of the dinner buffet, which can become boring after a few nights.
