The value for money at this hostel was great, considering the clean and cozy room with USB and power outlets. The location by the beautiful ocean and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The facility had tasteful and modern décor, creating a cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas. The separate showers and toilets in individual stalls were a great feature, ensuring privacy and convenience. Additionally, the location was ideal, as it was very close to the public hot springs pool. The attached café was a pleasant surprise, offering a nice place to relax with live music in the evenings.

I recently stayed at the Laekur Hostel for a short trip to Iceland. The facilities were impeccably clean and the location was very convenient. Although there was no on-site staff, the friendly and helpful cafe staff made up for it. The hostel had a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, which was a nice bonus. Additionally, free street parking was available and there was a supermarket nearby for any necessary supplies. The late check-in process was also well-organized and efficient.

We had a great stay at this hostel. the sheets were clean and comfortable to sleep on. the cafe downstairs was amazing, with delicious food and drinks at reasonable prices. the staff at both the cafe and the hostel were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with a 1011 grocery store and a swimming pool nearby. the large communal kitchen was well-stocked and clean. we were extremely happy with our two-night stay at Laekur.

The location was great, with a convenience store just across the road and a bakery and café next door. It was really convenient to have these options nearby, especially during the holiday season when most places were closed. Plus, there was plenty of free parking available on the roadside next to the hostel, which was a big relief. Another advantage was the spacious bathrooms and toilets, they were always clean and well-maintained.

There were some downsides to my stay. there was no staff at the hostel, everything had to be done virtually.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hostel in Reykjavik for 2 nights. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk downtown or take a quick scooter ride. The free parking was a huge plus. The communal kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and it was clean. We even found some helpful leftover items from previous travelers. The cafe had delicious and reasonably priced food and drinks. The common area was spacious with comfortable seating, and the linens were clean and comfortable. we were extremely happy with our stay at Laekur.

I had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect for me, as it was a short walk to the pool, gym, and various restaurants. I also loved that there was a small market and bakery right next door, making it convenient to grab any essentials or delicious treats. The cleanliness of the hostel was exceptional, with comfortable common areas and clean, nice bathrooms. The hot water and spacious rooms were definite pluses. Additionally, there were plenty of lockers available, and I appreciated the option to purchase a padlock if I didn't bring my own.
