We had an exceptional stay at this cozy guesthouse nestled on top of a hill, surrounded by breathtaking mountains. The rooms were big and clean, with two lovely bathrooms offering hot showers. The friendly owner took care of all our needs, even providing bedside chocolates and a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with views of the idyllic farm area. We couldn't have asked for a better place to base ourselves for our trekking adventure.

The kitchen area felt a bit tight due to the guesthouse being fully booked.

I had an amazing stay at Litlabjarg Guesthouse! I was looking for peace and quiet, and this place delivered. The location is far from everything, allowing for a true escape. Elisa, the host, was absolutely wonderful and always eager to help. The guesthouse has 5 rooms, and I loved getting to meet the other guests and share a meal together. The dinner cooked by Elisa and her husband was delicious and affordable. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the beds were comfy. Everything was clean, and I truly felt at home.

Totally recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. The location was quiet and surrounded by beautiful mountains. The room was small but clean, and the bathrooms were equipped with bathtubs. The host, Elisa, was kind and helpful. She even offered a larger room for free, although it was already booked. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was a free breakfast one morning.

The window in our room was too small.

The decoration of the guesthouse was absolutely charming! It had a cozy and homely feel that made me feel comfortable and at ease. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. As a senior woman, I was pleased to find that the guesthouse was easily accessible, with no stairs or obstacles to navigate. It was a relief to know that I could move around freely without any difficulties.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation better for senior people, it would be for the staff to provide more assistance with carrying luggage. While the children of the staff were friendly and helpful, I would have appreciated a helping hand with my suitcase, especially upon arrival and departure.

This small guesthouse exceeded all our expectations! The remote setting offered jaw-dropping mountain vistas, and the roofed terrace was perfect for enjoying a beer with amazing views. The manager was super friendly and allowed us to stay longer. The huge and clean bathrooms were mind-blowing, and there was even a small wool clothing shop with reasonable prices. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice patio. Being away from the usual tourist spots, this place was surprisingly affordable. We loved it!
