I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and within walking distance of everything. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, from helping me make dinner reservations to answering all my questions. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with beautiful architecture and all the necessary facilities. The buffet breakfast was a bit pricey, but worth every penny.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the comfy beds and the ability to open the window for fresh air. The complimentary amenities such as robes, slippers, shampoo, and lotions were a nice touch. The breakfast at the hotel was hands down the best we've ever had in Europe. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel in the tourist area was perfect, and surprisingly, the room was very quiet!

This place is perfect for exploring all the major attractions in the city center. It's right in the heart of the action, within easy walking distance to everything. I loved that it's directly above a museum where you can see a preserved Viking longhouse. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, always ready to give advice and recommendations on what to see and do.

I had a bit of noise from the traffic in my room, but the staff quickly changed my room and made sure I had a comfortable stay.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location in the tourist area, close to downtown restaurants, shops, and bars. The room was quiet and comfortable, with amenities like a comfy bed, openable window for fresh air, robes, slippers, shampoo. The breakfast was the best we've had in Europe, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the facilities in the room, such as an iron and hairdryer.

Centrally located hotel with lots of character. Conveniently close to the harbor and city hall where many tourist buses depart from. Atmospheric bars and restaurants nearby. Charming room with comfy bed and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Two-for-one drinks at the lobby bar. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Reykjavik.

Not one thing.

The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provided a fridge filled with snacks and drinks for guests to enjoy, especially useful if you have an early flight. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the area.

Additionally, despite requesting a twin room, we were given a double room upon arrival without any compensation or goodwill gesture. Furthermore, the hotel did not offer breakfast boxes or room service for guests who were leaving early for tours, which was inconvenient.

The breakfast was very good with fast service and friendly staff. The reception staff were helpful and easy to connect with. The hotel had a good location in the center of Reykjavik, with enough space and a clean environment. Oscar on reception was exceptional.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location was excellent, allowing me to easily explore all the local eateries and downtown attractions. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly, always with a smile on their faces and ready to help and provide advice on where to go. They even pointed out the must-visit places on a map at the reception. The rooms were lovely and warm, thanks to the underfloor heating, making it a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink offered upon arrival, a small gesture that made me feel truly welcome.

As great as this hotel is, there was a bit of noise early in the morning, starting as early as 04:30. However, I would still recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
