We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the highlights of the area. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to offer helpful advice and recommendations. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the beautiful canal view from our room, it was truly outstanding.

The only downside was that the room was quite small, so it might not be suitable for overweight or disabled guests. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience at all.

Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience! The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and the rest of the city. We loved watching the gondolas travel along the small canal outside our room. The room itself was gorgeous, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. The AC kept us cool during our stay, and the internet signal was strong. The staff were fantastic and helped us arrange private water taxis, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The breakfast was generous and offered plenty of choices. a gem of a hotel!

While the breakfast was good, we felt that the selection could have been more varied. Additionally, the city tax payment being cash-only was a bit inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay during my mother/daughter trip in this city. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful information and directions. The location was perfect, just a short walk to San Marco and all the fine designer shops. It was also conveniently close to where the tour boats leave from and the port terminal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, as it was close to San Marco Square and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a spacious and clean room with a lovely view of the canal. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to our day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed at this place and I was really impressed with its close proximity to St Mark's Square. The location was so convenient, only a 5-minute walk, which made exploring the city so much easier. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and went out of their way to suggest great restaurants for me to try. I also loved the fact that they provided room service and had excellent housekeeping, making sure my room was always clean and tidy. The mini-bar in the room was a nice touch too.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The value for the money at Kette was great - comfortable room and spacious bathroom. The location was convenient, with easy access to the ferry and shopping district. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, with easy access to the taxi station and St. Mark's Square. It was so convenient to be able to quickly get back to the hotel after a day of exploring. One major advantage was the friendly and helpful front of house staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

While the breakfast was included in the price, the options were quite limited. It mainly consisted of cold meats, cheese, and bread.

The hotel's location was perfect - away from the crowds, but only a few minutes from St Marks Square and right next to the major international designer shops. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions I had about the area or any other issues. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of the canals from my room. The continental style breakfast had a nice variety of options, including fresh fruit and cheese.

Great room and friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions and the water ferry terminal. We enjoyed the plentiful breakfast and the convenience of being able to easily explore the city by jumping on a vaporetto and cruising the grand canal.

One complaint was the confusion with transportation to the airport. We were told we would have a water taxi and then a car, but instead, we were taken to a taxi waiting at the Piazzale Roma.

Excellent location, close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a lovely view of the canal. The hotel is well maintained and has a unique entrance on a small canal, which is convenient for arrivals by water taxi. The staff is outstanding and provided helpful instructions and arranged everything for us. The rooms have air conditioning, which was essential for our visit in July. The bathrooms are large and well equipped. a great location and comfortable amenities.
