The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to downtown Buffalo and surrounding areas. This made it simple for us to explore the city and enjoy all it had to offer. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Our room was not up to par. the AC unit was old and noisy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

I gotta say, the value for my money at this hotel was impressive. The room was fantastic and had everything I needed, including a shower with ample headroom. Plus, the location couldn't have been better, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

If you're looking for a convenient location, this hotel is perfect. It's right off I-90 and close to the NY Thruway, meaning you can easily get around without getting caught in rush hour traffic. The complimentary breakfast is a standout, with a variety of hot and cold options. Plus, the friendly staff make sure to keep the dining area clean. And if you're lucky, you might even get a room with a great view of the surrounding area.

It's worth noting that the walls seem to be thin, as some guests reported being able to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

the people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. the spa and pool were also quite nice and provided some relaxation. Additionally, the chocolate chip cookies they offered were delicious and a small treat during my stay. However, these positives were not enough to make up for the disappointments I experienced during my Christmas stay at this hotel.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was a total disappointment. the beds were not made properly, it seemed like they just pulled up the covers to make it look presentable.

As young people, we loved the convenient location right off the NYS Thruway. The staff, especially Maureen, Brandon, and Katelyn, were amazing and went above and beyond to assist us.
