The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to all the shops in the area. it is situated in a beautiful fjord and offers a stunning view of the mountain. it is conveniently located near a tunnel that leads to two other towns.

One downside is that the bar could stay open later, as there are limited options for enjoying a glass of wine in the town.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with a large comfortable bed. The hotel is located right by the water, offering an amazing view of the mountain. It is also conveniently close to the tunnel in the direction to Höfn, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Loved the "traditional" lamb and the "charming" 1870 building. The geothermal pool was just a "quick" 15-min drive away. Free Wi-Fi and parking, plus pizzas. The B&B has had "many purposes" in its lifetime.

Really enjoyed the bed bug bites as a souvenir. So "itchy" and a perfect addition to my honeymoon.

As a satisfied guest at Studio 22, I had an incredible experience during my recent stay in Reydarfjordur. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They even informed me about the chance to witness the magical northern lights, knocking on my door to let me know! The room was cozy and well-equipped, making it hard to leave at times. The location was convenient, with nearby amenities and a breathtaking view of the mountain. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering an array of options to start the day off right. We stayed at a guesthouse in East Iceland that was full of charm and character. the building, at 147 years old, had a lot of history and instantly made us feel delighted. the host was friendly and helpful, even opening our wine bottle and providing fresh glasses after a tough drive. Our room had a sink and hairdryer, and though the shower and toilet were shared down the hall, there were enough bathrooms for everyone. the breakfast was adequate, with a mix of bread, cheese, meats, veggies. the location was perfect for exploring the East Fjords, and we received great recommendations for evening walks and local routes.

After a long drive from Vik, I was thrilled to arrive at a charming bed and breakfast with a beautiful view of the mountains and a convenient parking area right in front of the room. the staff at Taergesen were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. the dinner and breakfast menus were outstanding, offering five-star quality meals. the room itself was absolutely charming, perfect for a romantic getaway. the hosts even took the time to share the history of the building and the village with us, providing a unique and authentic Icelandic experience. Taergesen exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and historic place to stay.
