Excellent location: steps away from ski lifts and rental center, short walk to village. Friendly staff, convenient ski valet, great onsens, and good restaurant. Beautiful, cozy, practical rooms. Unexpected Sapporo vending machine on 5th floor. Lovely views, clean private onsen, and modern rooms. Spacious and well-equipped apartments with helpful reception staff. High-quality onsen. an impressive and well-managed stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location is perfect, close to many shops and restaurants in the region. We loved being able to walk around the town area and explore the beautiful mountains. The service was excellent, from the car hire to the housekeeping and laundry services. The airport shuttle was also very convenient. The hotel offered a ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire, making it easy for us to enjoy the nearby slopes. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a washing machine and dryer. We also appreciated the dining table and the option to have a welcome drink at the bar. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to the Gondola and ski services were top-notch. The views of the volcano were also breathtaking. The onsen, spa and massage were amazing, just perfect after a day on the slopes.

The taxi arrangements for the airport on departure were a little disappointing and expensive. , the bar area could be cozier and more inviting, with more comfortable seating options.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel located right by the main ski lift. The onsen was a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. The management quickly resolved any issues we had and even provided a complimentary taxi ride and packed lunch for our departure. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and top-notch service.

I had a fantastic stay at a ski-in ski-out hotel, with a convenient location close to the slopes and within walking distance to the town area. The room was well-equipped with a small kitchenette and had a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was superb, and the onsen facilities were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. it was a fantastic experience.

The restaurant had poor attitude and service at times.
