The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The interior design and overall theme of the resort added a unique and magical touch to my experience. The hotel's location was ideal, with important destinations within easy reach. The on-site restaurant served delicious food.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the overall design and interior of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and courteous, making my stay friendly and charming. The hotel's key location made it easy to access important places within a 15min walk or a 5min scooter drive. the hotel offered a good facade and an excellent theme which made me feel like I was in a fairy tale.

There were some issues at the hotel. The room was not adequately clean;

My stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. The staff provided excellent service and catered to my every need. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch and the indoor swimming pool was relaxing. The jacuzzi in my room was a delightful surprise. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had a good variety of food and drinks. I enjoyed the outdoor dining area and private facilities.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of variety in breakfast. However, the quality of food was still good.
