As backpackers, we loved the stunning view from our room balcony and the comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great selection.

The location was perfect, with lovely views of the water and the opportunity to watch beautiful sunrises from the bedroom window. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were being looked after. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Despite the cold weather, the location was great for a Christmas break, with beautiful views of the river and a quiet atmosphere. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including cereal and sandwiches for those who had to leave early. the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also nice to have biscuits, tea and coffee readily available.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. the mattress was too hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Not obvious to find: The hotel was a bit difficult to locate at first.

The location of the hotel is truly stunning, with a beautiful garden situated right on the waters edge. It is also conveniently near to the ferries and the Marina where all the restaurants are. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with stunning views from Room 6. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, and there are plenty of facilities available for guests to enjoy.

There was a small leak in the bathroom ceiling due to the bad weather, which was out of the hotel's control.

The menu offered a fantastic selection of dishes, and the food was exceptional in taste and quality. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

If I had to be picky, the food was a bit on the pricey side, but considering the exceptional quality, it was well worth it. Additionally, the shower was a bit difficult to get the right temperature, but I managed to figure it out eventually.
