I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easily accessible via metro. The staff were helpful and courteous, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast had a good variety of options with both Indian and Continental cuisine. The hotel also had excellent room service and a well-stocked minibar.

I did have a minor issue with the touch switch for the air conditioner. It required assistance from the housekeeping staff every time I needed to switch it on or off.

Nice amenities including a swimming pool and massage services at a neighboring establishment.

I had a great time staying at a hotel in Kochi. The environment was pleasant and I stayed for 2 nights. The meals were delicious and the reception staff was friendly and helpful. One specific situation that stood out to me was when I had a problem with the electrical box in my room. I informed the hotel staff by phone and at the reception, but unfortunately, nobody came to fix it. Despite this issue, the hotel was still a good place to sleep and overall I would recommend it to others.
