We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in beautiful gardens that are meticulously maintained. It's a peaceful area, yet still within easy reach of the town center, either by a few minutes drive or a pleasant walk. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We were even surprised with flowers and champagne for our anniversary and my husband's birthday. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness was truly remarkable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and it was served until 10:30, which was a real treat on our holiday. Furthermore, the free parking was incredibly convenient for us.

The hotel had two beautiful outdoor pools and a great gym. the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to shops and restaurants. the New Year’s Eve fireworks display was stunning and the view from the hotel was amazing.

Despite the beautiful amenities, the room was outdated and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. the hotel staff was not accommodating and did not seem interested in helping guests.
