We had a great stay at this hotel close to ILBS hospital. The location was ideal for us, just a short 5-minute walk to the treatment center. The friendly staff, especially Mr Sunil Kumar, made us feel welcome and assisted us with our reservations. The rooms were clean and comfortable with simple yet cozy decor. The facilities were well-maintained and the manager checked in on us to ensure our satisfaction. We enjoyed the delicious food available for dinner and the coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch.

The bathroom facilities could be improved, such as providing better toiletries and reducing the mosquito menace in the area.

The room had comfortable chairs and a spacious bed. the bathroom was clean and the shower was hot. the hotel was located near several restaurants and shops that we enjoyed exploring.

The hotel's air conditioning unit was not working properly, which made our stay quite uncomfortable during the hot summer days. while the staff was friendly and accommodating, they seemed a bit disorganized and slow to respond to our requests.

Conveniently located, close to metro and attractions. Clean, quiet rooms with effective air-conditioning. Good on-site restaurant. Helpful staff and accommodating with special requests. Will definitely return on next trip.
