First of all, the hotel staff at this place was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location in a local neighborhood near Malad station was very convenient, providing easy access to the local market and other areas of the city. This made it ideal for both corporate travelers and families looking for a stopover.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was quite satisfactory and we didn't encounter any major issues.

During my New Year stay, the hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the train station and local markets, making it very convenient. Additionally, the hotel restaurant offered a wide variety of tasty vegetarian meals that I enjoyed.

Sadly, my stay was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bed sheets had visible stains and dust. Furthermore, my room did not have hot water, and the electricity went out multiple times. To make matters worse, the manager did not take our complaints seriously and accused us of lying. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since we were foreigners.

The courteous and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location near Malad station was convenient for local travel and exploring the city. The restaurant offered delicious vegetarian meals. A perfect choice for both business and family travelers.
