I was impressed with the location of this hotel. It was a short walk to Beale Street and all the great restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I also appreciated the on-site fitness center. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Courtyard downtown hotel. The staff was amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The lobby with the fireplace and Starbucks was a nice place to relax. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time there with our family. we highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near Beale Street and a tram stop. Clean and comfortable rooms with a large TV and cozy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night, taking in the city lights. Great place to explore nearby restaurants and attractions.

Great location, close to restaurants and Beale Street. Trolley stops nearby every 20 mins. Had a room with a balcony, enjoyed the city lights every night. Amazing view of court square, Memphis bridge, and glimpse of the Mississippi River from the 7th floor. Convenient walking distance to Mud Island for concerts. Helpful staff lent sandals and provided shopping advice. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is a great value for the money. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities are just right. The rooms are spacious and modern, and some even come with a balcony and a view. The location is perfect for exploring all the downtown attractions, and it’s right on the trolley line, making it even more convenient. The breakfast is delicious, and it comes with a beverage of your choice.

The hotel had some issues with the safe and the refrigerator, but the staff did their best to accommodate the guests.

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and sweet. They made our stay memorable. the location of the hotel was great as it was right on Main Street. We could easily take the trolley down to the nearby attractions and not worry about parking. There were also plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

Our room had an uncomfortable smell which we had to mask with perfume. the room also had a lot of dust everywhere and the floors were dirty.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for a downtown location. The attention to detail is commendable, ensuring that everything in the room works perfectly, including the refrigerator. I particularly loved the view from my balcony, overlooking a beautiful park right across the street. The hotel's location on the Main Street trolley line made it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are affordable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is beautiful and it is conveniently located downtown, within walking distance to many restaurants. The service provided by the staff is excellent, they are friendly and helpful. The basic amenities in the room are sufficient and the rooms are comfortable and roomy enough. I particularly liked the fact that there was a mirror over the desk, which worked out very well. Additionally, the breakfast offered by this hotel is a steal, costing way less than what you would pay for a breakfast at a typical restaurant.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, close to downtown sites and right on the trolley line. The parking attendant station at the front entrance was helpful. Additionally, the University of Alabama was just a short drive away. The rooms were bright and clean. They had a fridge, coffee maker, and safe. The beds were comfortable. The terrace out front was great for people watching.

The hot tub over the reception area was not available for use.
