Beverly Villa in Ooty provided a peaceful retreat away from the city center. the luxurious ambience and friendly staff added to the overall comfort of the stay. the room's amenities like fridge and microwave were convenient, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. the games area and stunning views enhanced family bonding, while nearby landmarks like the Government Botanical Garden and Mukurthi National Park offered diverse experiences for all.

The suite I stayed in had a fantastic mountain view that felt like having a personal postcard picture right outside my window. It was like waking up in the clouds, making each morning feel like a dream.

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience! the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, perfect for families. the staff were very obliging and took care of all our needs promptly. the view from the room was excellent, overlooking the city. Facilities like a microwave oven, electric kettle, and tea/coffee availability added a nice touch. the room service was top-notch, and the hospitality of the staff was truly remarkable. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and found it to be great value for money.

Just a couple of minor things that could be improved upon. Sometimes the hot water was not very hot, which was manageable but could be better.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and attentive, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The rooms were modern and comfortable with wonderful views of the surrounding area. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the hotspots in the area, and the prices were more than reasonable. I especially loved the basic amenities and the breakfast, which were of a high standard.

The service of the hotel could be improved, as some staff members were unprofessional and pushy, trying to write fake reviews on behalf of guests.

We had an amazing time during our city break! the staff were so friendly and accommodating, providing excellent and quick service. the room was spotless and equipped with a fridge, coffee/tea maker and a huge TV. We especially loved the customised channels available, catering to all languages!

there was no breakfast provided and the absence of an outer play area. Despite these minor cons, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the amazing staff and clean facilities.
