This hotel is a luxurious getaway that fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & Wellness Center offered an extensive range of treatments and massages , perfect for relaxing and indulging. the Sauna and Jacuzzi were clean, but the steam room could have been hotter. the Outdoor Swimming Pool was refreshing after a long day of sightseeing and the Garden area was a peaceful oasis.

Although the treatment rooms were spacious and well, equipped, there were minor issues with the service. the staff was not as attentive as expected, and the restaurant service was slow.

During our recent stay at Clarks, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings. The lush green landscapes created a serene and calming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our pool facing room was delightful and offered a picturesque view. The staff at the hotel were incredibly courteous and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met. The food at Clarks was truly remarkable, making our stay even more memorable. We also heard that Clarks is a great choice for destination weddings, which speaks to the hotel's versatility and appeal. we had a fantastic experience at Clarks and would highly recommend it to others.

The staff at the front desk was helpful and courteous, particularly Mr. Raja Ram. The well-maintained lawns and gardens provide a pleasant experience. The lobby is comfortable with a nice location. The spa offers reasonable prices for their services. the hotel offers good value for money.

The hotel seemed like it had been around for ages, which gave it a vintage feel. the lobby was nicely decorated with beautiful Indian furnishings. the pool and garden area were very tidy and well-maintained, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. the food and drinks were affordable.

The room we stayed in smelled musty, and the furniture and bathroom fixtures were outdated. the bathroom could definitely use an upgrade.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with beautiful open areas and canopy-type sitting areas where one can relax and chill. It is also adjacent to the airport, making it easily accessible. The lush green lawns and swimming pool provide a calm atmosphere for guests.

The behavior of the front desk staff was not up to the mark, not comparable with the best of the hotels.
