Shoutout to Chef Parmar & the lovely staff Sakshi, Rushi, Jay, Jacky, Vinod, Tanuja. the overall atmosphere was relaxing, with a nice pool & spa services, perfect for unwinding. Only downside was that the spread could use a bit more variety, but nothing major. Can't wait to visit again soon! 🌟

The spa facilities were top-notch, offering a relaxing experience after a long day. the staff were incredibly caring, helpful, and polite, making the stay truly enjoyable. While the hotel excels in these aspects, the lack of nearby entertainment options can be a drawback, requiring longer travels for leisure activities.

Enjoyed relaxing in the peaceful spa, felt like a queen. Loved the delicious all-day buffet. the massage services were top-notch!

Couldn't enjoy the non-existent proper bar. Oh, the struggle of not being able to lower the room temperature further!

Don't have any issues at all.

Clean hotel. the breakfast menu is great, but the waiters didn't understand when we ordered from the western menu. We would order something that included a full breakfast, but then would only receive 2 eggs. Swimming pool looked amazing also.

Distance from Pune center.

the full glass window rooms were so cozy. the staff, from porters to the General Manager, made me feel like a VIP. the outdoor swimming pool was even better in person. I'd DEFINITELY choose this place again!

The breakfast spread was satisfying with a good variety. the evening snacks at the lounge could be better. the check-in process was a bit sluggish, but the staff was helpful. a decent choice for a business stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. the breakfast buffet had a decent variety of dishes, including freshly squeezed juices and a selection of Indian cuisine.

The hotel was quite far from the city center, which made it inconvenient for exploring. the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stay connected.

Reception upgraded us to suite at no extra cost. Chef gifted homemade grape fruit pickle. Manager offered free desserts with lunch. a nice stay. Recommended.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I had an early check-in and was able to take a refreshing shower before heading to the office. The room was clean and spacious, with fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, including a special birthday cake for my wife. The hotel staff, especially the chefs, were attentive and made us feel at home. I highly recommend this luxurious hotel for a memorable stay.
