I had an excellent memorable vacation at Crowne Plaza. The property is stunning, and I never wanted to leave the hotel. The staff, especially Vipin, were incredibly courteous and friendly. I was impressed by Vipin's warm nature and the exceptional service he provided. They even upgraded our room and surprised us with treats to celebrate our honeymoon. The room was exquisite and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. The Club Lounge staff, like Samuel, were accommodating and made our stay more enjoyable. The food throughout the hotel, especially the buffet breakfast, was of high quality. I had a fantastic and relaxing stay at Crowne Plaza Jaipur Tonk Road, and I cannot wait to come back.

The staff was helpful and cooperative. The food, especially the buffet, was excellent. The newly opened restaurant, The Royal, had amazing food and polite management. The property was big, well-maintained, and had a good location.

For us, it was ideal.

Stayed here for Christmas and while the hotel itself was nice, there were a few things that didn't quite meet our expectations. However, there were a couple of pros that I should mention. we were offered complimentary snacks upon arrival which was a nice touch. the hotel was located close to a famous tourist attraction which was convenient for us to visit. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, we had no complaints about the size and cleanliness of them.

There were a few things that we didn't like. the hotel was extremely overpriced, we paid a lot for what we got.

Excellent hospitality. Attentive staff, fast service, and delightful experiences. Beautiful, well-maintained rooms. Fabulous dining with delicious food. Quiet, peaceful location perfect for walks.

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of the city, making it a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with a wide range of food options. Additionally, the hotel is situated close to the nearest mall, providing guests with shopping convenience.

The gym facilities could use some improvement.

This hotel provides luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and pampered. We enjoyed using the spa and wellness centre, especially the massage and body wrap treatments. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also highlights, offering a relaxing and serene atmosphere.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was with the cleanliness of some of the bath linen. Otherwise, our overall experience at this hotel was excellent, with top-notch service and facilities.
