We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the Kizilay district was perfect, as it allowed us easy access to all the embassies in the area. The room service provided was top-notch, and the hotel offered a convenient car hire service. The on-site dry cleaning and laundry facilities were also a great convenience. We especially enjoyed the airport shuttle service, which made our travel arrangements seamless. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, with amenities such as a mini-bar for our convenience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Extremely clean rooms and comfortable beds. Quiet location. Delicious and varied complimentary breakfast with options like baked cake, cereals, cheese, veggies, and fruits. Highly recommended.

Best aspects of our xmas stay: the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. the location was also great, as we were just a short walk away from the main attractions and shopping areas. Plus, the staff was always friendly and willing to assist with any questions or requests we had.

Worst aspects of our xmas stay: the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, lacking the variety and quality we expected. It could have been better with more options and fresher ingredients.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic getaway. the room was clean and comfortable with a great view. the location was perfect for us as it was close to some fantastic restaurants and shops. the breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options to suit different dietary requirements.

The air conditioning was a bit of an issue in the room, it struggled to maintain a consistent temperature which made it a little uncomfortable at times. We also heard some noise at night from the street which was a little disruptive to our sleep.
