Great value for money, the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was easily accessible and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, especially in terms of taste.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to travel around the area by expensive private taxis. The hotel is near the beach, providing a breathtaking view and even better is located on the Mandovi river. Rooms offer excellent views of the river too. Bathroom facilities are top notch with quick room service. The breakfast spread is alright, with friendly and accommodating staff, like Gaurav and Yash.

There can be some issues in terms of room dampness, particularly during the monsoon season.

During our Xmas stay, we received two complementary gifts which was a nice touch. the location of the hotel is close to the beach and a shopping area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. We also enjoyed the free yoga classes available every morning, a great way to start the day feeling relaxed and energized!

The hotel had serious issues with the bathroom water drainage, which was never fixed, making our stay uncomfortable. the room was small and had poor sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep with noise coming from other rooms.

Rooms offer nice river views, good size and comfort. High level of hospitality with friendly and responsive staff at all levels, from housekeeping to restaurant. Good quality food and personalised attention to guests' needs and preferences. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the river and forest. A great place to stay for a relaxing vacation.

Good. We thoroughly enjoyed our luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities like the spa and wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided relaxation at its best. the service was exceptional, with staff attending to our needs promptly. the restaurant served delectable dishes and the in-room breakfast was a delight.

Bad. the only minor drawback was the lack of transportation options. Although the hotel provided shuttle service, taxis outside the hotel charged high rates.

The view from the balcony and swimming pool is breathtaking, and the rooms are comfortable. The staff were attentive to my every need and provided great service. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.

The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff treated us like royalty, always smiling, courteous, and ready to help.
