The room was cozy and warm, with a comfortable bed and a wide selection of TV channels. We enjoyed having a tea and coffee maker in the room, as well as good quality shower gel and hand wash. The pool access included in the price was a nice bonus, and the staff in the Active zone were very friendly. The lobby bar offered excellent service and generous portions for good prices.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, some have balconies with great views. Staff is friendly and always available. Breakfast is exceptional with options like espresso barista and waffle machines. The hotel has a pool, gym, and changing facilities for a relaxing post-trekker rest.

Parking is too expensive at 15 € per day, even for a basic parking spot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was very helpful for us to move around the city easily. Plus, there was lots of street parking available, which was free on the weekend, so we didn't need to use the hotel's parking. The tram stop was also right in front of the hotel, making it really convenient to visit all the important sightseeing spots.

the swimming pool was quite cold, so we didn't get to enjoy it for long. It would have been nice if there was a Jacuzzi or sauna to warm up in.

The gym required a code for lockers which caused problems several times. the housekeeping staff entered the room twice while we were in it, which was invasive.
