Stayed at a place recently. Had some issues - doors didn't lock, no hot water, bathroom flooding. Front desk blamed absent staff. Costly food. But positives - friendly staff, spacious room with working AC & cable. Managed to change to a better room due to smoke smell. clean rooms, good service, got what I needed eventually. Need better management. I'm a Taipei dweller who values efficiency and cleanliness above all else.

I always return for my romantic escapes. Right from my first stay with helpful staff and free Wi, Fi, lockers, and 24, hour services. It suits me perfectly with a snack bar, laundry, and no smoking policy. My go, to for a hassle, free stay.

The kids loved the outdoor pool and the themed play area. the family-friendly atmosphere was perfect for us. the spacious rooms with comfy beds made our stay enjoyable.

My wife says that more kids' activities would enhance the experience.
