The hotel had beautiful rooms with a stunning valley view, allowing us to wake up to the best scenery in the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and assisted us in organizing taxis to make our stay as pleasant as possible. the breakfast was delicious and offered great value for the price.

Although we enjoyed our stay, the hotel could improve its upgrade system, as we felt pressured to haggle for the price of a higher-level room. the continuous telephone and doorbell calls from staff offering food during odd hours disturbed our sleep, and the cost of a heater was much higher than other hotels in the city.

Great location near Landour Clock Tower. Walking distance to Lal Tibba and other attractions. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Ritesh Ji. Beautiful mountain view from the room. Prompt and efficient food service with tasty options. No noisy disturbances from Mall Road.

He personally picked us up from Library Chowk free of cost and ensured that our rooms were cozy and clean. The location of the hotel near Landour was perfect, with all important locations nearby.
