interesting view of the bay, which I found quite unique. The staff were mostly helpful, though access could be confusing at times. Overall, it met my expectations for a short stay but might require some updates.

the stay was full of inconveniences, like finding the room chilly and having to request towels upon arrival, rather embarrassing, really. i expected a little extra for my troubles, but alas, nothing. they definitely should've compensated me for the chaos, just rude! seemed like a missed opportunity to impress, but i guess i'm just regular here.

my stay at future inn cardiff bay was, well, less than stellar, to say the least. the room i had was facing a dual carriageway, incredibly noisy! i also thought the breakfast woudl ve been better, as it was lukewarm, not what i expected. how do i not even get a complimentary gesture for enduring such chaos?

but our first night was really noisy from traffic. the breakfast was amazing, with a large selection. the room was large and had tea, coffee, and complimentary water. staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

the hotel has spacious rooms with friendly staff to help you out. the tv was limited on channels and didn’t meet our expectation.

The hotel is easy to reach, with free parking available, making it convenient for travelers. The spacious rooms feature two double beds, plush bathrobes, and tea-making facilities. While I missed bedside charging points, the overall comfort made it a pleasant stay.

It was just a proper fit for strolling around in Cardiff with value for money. The included breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were nice. Make sure to confirm any early breakfast requests in advance.
