The room service was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. the in-room breakfast I had was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel, served promptly between 9-10 am. the location was really good, just off the main road and close to various attractions like Mastani Mahal and Westend Mall. the hotel was quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.

There are a couple of things that could be improved. the cleanliness of the hotel could be better as there were some cluttered areas with bottled water boxes and supplies.
