The breakfast buffet at Hotel Windsor Castle Cyber City was absolutely delicious. The variety of dishes offered was impressive and everything tasted fresh. The wifi worked perfectly throughout the property, allowing me to stay connected at all times. The location of the hotel was a huge plus, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms were well-decked and the bed was extremely comfortable. The linens and towels provided were of good quality and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the manager at the reception desk. I had a great stay at Windsor Castle Cyber City and would definitely recommend it to others.

The lack of an elevator in the hotel made it difficult to carry heavy baggage to the upper floors.

The room rate was decent and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. the location was conveniently close to shops and museums. We loved the view from our window, it was breathtaking, and we had a great time enjoying it while sipping wine.

The staff was mostly absent, making us feel forgotten and alone. the Christmas dinner was undercooked and we all ended up sick for days.
