Ms. Riya at reception truly made our stay exceptional with her extra efforts. the surroundings are breathtaking, especially the view from the balcony. the room was comfy, and Mr Sachin ensured we had everything we needed promptly. the proximity to Hadimba Temple was convenient. the experience was so great, it even made the chilly Manali weather more enjoyable.

And not to mention the spacious rooms with killer valley views and the supportive staff who go above and beyond. Plus, the location near Mall Road is perfect for exploring without the hustle and bustle. And those breakfast options? Fuel for days!

The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view from the balcony, making it a truly memorable experience. I appreciated the personal touch of receiving calls from the hotel headquarters in Delhi to ensure everything was satisfactory. The accommodation was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful.

While the location of the hotel provided peace and tranquility, it was a bit isolated with limited transportation options to Mall Road. Additionally, as the hotel was still under construction, there were some inconveniences such as faulty water taps and the absence of air conditioning in rooms.
