Located near major tourist spots, our stay was a breeze. Getting around was convenient as it was a stone's throw away from the airport and the city center. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast where the spread was extensive and tempting.

The elevator service could be improved as sometimes it took a while to get one.

I recently stayed at Fairfield in Amritsar for a business tour. The property was excellent, with clean rooms and all the necessary amenities like a mini fridge and tea/coffee maker. The staff, especially Samya, were fabulous and incredibly helpful. The buffet breakfast and dinner were extensive and great value for money. a well-run and welcoming establishment that I would recommend without hesitation.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the complementary chocolates and coffee offered in the lobby. The location was great, just a short walk to the main attractions. We also enjoyed the city view from our room, one of the best we have seen in a long time.

The towels provided in the bathroom had a funny smell that bothered us. We had to wait to be served and the food was not fresh.
