I recently stayed at a 5-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff at Swissotel were incredibly attentive and even upgraded me to a higher floor when they learned it was my birthday. They even surprised me with a delicious birthday cake. The room was spotless and the bathroom was first-class. The view from the 56th floor was absolutely breathtaking. It was definitely worth the price and probably the best hotel I've stayed in so far.

The value for money at Swissotel was great, and the room had an unbeatable view. The location was excellent, with Raffles just steps away, and the staff treated us with efficiency and friendliness.

Just had an amazing stay at Swissotel in a central location next to Raffles Hotel. Taxi transport good for all around the city centre. Ask for renovated room, standard rooms are spacious. Great views, but the balconies are locked down. One Concierge was super helpful, staff was friendly. Spacious room with a big bed, balcony, and a great view. Excellent housekeeping, very clean. Free Wifi for multiple devices. Convenient location directly at "City Hall" metro station. Smooth check-in and check-out. Able to use the "Hospitality Suite" to shower late on the checkout day.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at Swissotel. As I approached the self-service check-in area, I was warmly greeted by a staff member who upgraded my room to a harbor view. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious and modern, with a recent renovation. It was clean, well-maintained, and free from external noise. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well during my stay. I appreciated the complimentary bottles of water that were provided daily, and the WiFi in the room worked perfectly. The hotel's location was also ideal, with direct access to the Raffles City Shopping Centre and City Hall MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing New Year's stay at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and professional. The room we stayed in had a stunning view of the city skyline and even though there were a few specks of dust, it didn't bother us much. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the set menu was reasonably priced. The gym and pool amenities were great, and the Pina Colada from the bar was fantastic. The room service was prompt and the food arrived warm and tasty. we had a fabulous experience!

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing as some of the savory dishes were served cold, which was a bit unappetizing. Additionally, the self-service check-in and -out service felt impersonal for a 5-star hotel, and the swimming pool was not up to par, it felt dirty and not worth using.

The in-room check-in was a pleasant surprise, and the elegantly designed room with a breathtaking view made my stay at Swissotel a delight. The room had unique features such as the “Relax” setting for lighting, which allowed me to unwind easily. It was also very convenient to have so many USB charging sockets located throughout the room. I recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to see. Being situated near MRT and other shopping centres made it very convenient for us. The staff provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out, with the concierge, restaurant manager and all the staff always on hand to help. The rooms were very comfortable, with in-room amenities like hair dryer, ironing facilities, air conditioning, coffee and tea facilities, mini-bar. The leisure spa and wellness centre were great places to unwind and relax, with a sauna, swimming pool, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, spa lounge. we would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Beautifully designed rooms were quiet despite the hotel's high traffic. Bistro on the first floor offers refreshments late into the night, making it convenient for work trips.
