Spectacular Stay with Breathtaking Views

Had an amazing time during our stay! The balcony view was stunning and perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The breakfast buffet offered delightful options, though I wish the croissants were a bit larger. Don't miss enjoying the lounge's happy hour – just be mindful of the dress code!

We marveled at the stunning views from our high-floor room, overlooking the marina. The breakfast selection was diverse, with a delightful array of fresh options, truly a highlight of our stay. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making sure our needs were met throughout our visit.

We encountered some confusion during check-in which delayed our arrival.

Lovely dining options abound with a vibrant shopping center next door. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering plenty of choices for all tastes and the staff provides top-notch service, making for a delightful experience.

The check-in process was a frustrating experience, where the confusion with self-service options left guests waiting. Despite some modern renovations, certain room features felt lacking in quality, which was disappointing given price expectations.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Raffles Center, and the spacious room offers breathtaking views of the Marina Bay area. Breakfast is decent with ample options, but the chaotic dining experience during peak times was a bit overwhelming. Nonetheless, the staff's friendliness made a difference.

The location is unbeatable, right above a major mall and near the MRT, making it easy to explore. Enjoyed the unique drinking water tap, Nespresso machine, and TWG tea bags in the room, which added a nice touch. However, the breakfast buffet didn't impress, and the front desk service was lacking, particularly when it came to addressing my inquiries. Overall, the stunning views from higher floors elevated the experience.

Very comfy rooms with a nice poolside snack bar. Wi-Fi was fast. Luggage storage helped. Check-in was slow.

Amazing staff & location!

The staff here really made my stay special, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety, and the poolside snack bar was a great spot to chill. The only thing I found a bit annoying was the lighting system in the room. It was hard to get it just right sometimes.

I had a fantastic 4-night stay with exceptional breakfast variety and loved the view from my 60th-floor room, but the air conditioning could use an upgrade. I’d definitely return!

the location of swissotel is super convenient, right next to raffles city shopping center and close to city hall mrt, which makes getting around real easy. the views from the higher floors are just mind-blowing, especially the skyline, which is totally a highlight. had a really comfy room with spacious layout and the rain shower is the best. breakfast was good with a lot of choices. They have a robot that makes fresh omelettes! the staff were really nice and accommodating, making us feel welcomed.

the location is super convenient, right by a shopping mall and the mrt, which makes it really easy to get around. had a sweet view from my room on a high floor, and the decor was nice and updated. staff were friendly and helped me feel welcomed. the pool area is chill and great for relaxing after a long day. also, loved the breakfast options, especially the fresh omelette cooked by a cool robot!

Had an unforgettable experience with Rosman! His hospitality in the gym and spa was beyond exceptional, super friendly and professional, really made the stay memorable.

It wasn't inexpensive but for the service provided, it’s definitely worth it.
