Every staff member was attentive and ready to assist us with anything we needed, whether it was a meal request for our toddler or helping us with our baby pram. The management team truly deserves 5 stars for creating such a warm and hospitable environment. We are truly grateful for the unique and memorable stay at Fairmont.

Had Easter at a hotel last weekend. The chocolate eggs and complimentary breakfast were a nice touch. The location was perfect, very close to the city center and attractions. The pool was also quite enjoyable.

The room was not very clean, and there were stains on the sheets. The staff seemed uninterested in helping us.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who made us feel like royalty. The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations, with the Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool being absolute highlights. The massage and full-body treatment left us feeling relaxed and pampered, while the entertainment provided throughout our stay was of a high standard. Additionally, the restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, including a special dietary menu that catered to all guests.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool, which resulted in long waiting times to secure a spot. However, the sun terrace provided ample space to relax and soak up the sun.
