Excellent location in the heart of Venice. The guesthouse is just a few minutes walk to Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was compact but had a coffee machine and fridge filled with various food options. There are supermarkets nearby. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and close to the water bus. It's away from the crowded tourist areas, which was a relief, and we found some cool restaurants nearby. The rooms were well-equipped with all necessary facilities, including air conditioning and a comfortable double bed. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We also enjoyed having breakfast included, even though the options were a bit limited.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with bright windows and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was super attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offered a diverse and delicious spread, with fresh fruit and baked goods. The hotel also had a rooftop terrace, perfect for quiet evenings over the Venice rooftops.

The hotel is located on the second and third floors without a lift, which may not be suitable for those with poor mobility.

The staff were helpful and went out of their way to assist us. We were pleasantly surprised to be offered free coffee and water while we waited for our room to be ready. the location was perfect - close to restaurants and shops. the breakfast was amazing, and we enjoyed trying different things each day.

There were some issues with the room. the cleaning was not up to par, and we noticed some dirt on the floors and tables.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff went out of their way to help me with a lost bag and allowed me to store my bags and use the facilities after checkout due to my late flight. They even met me off the water ferry to guide me to the hotel, and gave me great directions to the nearby attractions. The location was excellent, as it was easy to reach and close to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square, yet tucked away from the main thoroughfare, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were clean and simple, which I appreciated.
