I had a fantastic stay at Feathers A Radha in Chennai. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When I had an issue with my room, they promptly resolved it and even upgraded me to a king bed. The spa experience was top-notch, with a serene atmosphere and skilled therapists. The Sunday brunch was exceptional, with Mr. Sailen providing excellent service and a thorough description of the food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Easter decorations in the hotel's lobby and restaurant were well done. the complementary candy and Easter eggs were a nice touch. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city, as it was close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and greeted us with smiles.

The hotel's facilities were outdated and in need of a renovation. The room was small, and the air conditioning was not effective, making the room feel stuffy.

This hotel is a true oasis of luxury. The exclusive amenities, from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools to the spa centre and body wraps, ensure guests can indulge in every way possible. The full body massages and beauty treatments are divine, and the poolside snack bar offers fantastic refreshments in a picturesque setting. The service is impeccable, hotel staff are courteous and always helpful. It’s an ideal location for business or leisure travellers, well-connected to the airport and offering expansive meeting facilities.

The only minor issue was a lack of entertainment options on the premises. The rooftop bar is not open during sunset, although the bar/lounge area is still available.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good food. Nice bathtub. Smooth airport transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Raj, were wonderful and very helpful. The Indian breakfast prepared by the chef was delicious, and the food in general was great. The lobby is bright and gives a safe and comfortable feeling. The rooms have nice bathtubs, perfect for relaxation. The spa and salon services were professional and the staff were excellent.
