The hotel is conveniently located, with the airport just 11km away and the railway station less than 1 km. The rooms are splendid and absolutely clean, with comfortable beds and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The attached bathroom is sparkling clean, with top-class sanitary fittings. Guests can also enjoy amenities such as an electronic safe, mini fridge, and coffee/tea maker.

Limited breakfast options and a few minor inconveniences with staff.

During my recent stay in the hotel, I found two things which were particularly noteworthy. the hotel's location was excellent. It was situated in the heart of the city, which made it very convenient for me to explore the area. I appreciated the fact that the hotel was clean and tidy. The staff had done an excellent job in maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the polite and helpful nature of the staff at the front desk and restaurant. They were always available to answer my questions and provide assistance.

My stay was not without its problems. One of the worst aspects was the limitation of the breakfast menu.

I had a fantastic stay at a newly opened four-star hotel in Aluva. The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and impeccably maintained. The staff, including the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant, were extremely polite and courteous. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations, earning more than a four-star rating.

An awkward and somewhat offensive billing process. I was asked to pay 50% of the total tariff at check-in, which made me feel humiliated.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the airport just a short taxi ride away and the train station within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with modern facilities including a fridge and kettle. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I've experienced in India. The staff were friendly and efficient, and their good command of English made communication easy. The breakfast buffet was generous, offering a variety of delicious local dishes. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality of service provided by this hotel.
